American Wars Book covers

I made these covers for a class. I decided to focus on the topic of wars because I like to portray that our nation battled oppression and challenges and succeeded. The WW2 cover shows the color brown throughout the majority of the work and the white text to contrast with the background. This cover showcases the strength of human determination, which is why I decided to use this palette of colors. The cover of “The Trumpet Calls” and the independence of America includes iconic symbols and images of that war. It shows a clearer color palette and the letters are in black. The last cover is the Cold War, one of the deadliest wars yet, so I decided to use the red color so that it would impact the viewer.
